Lease Back Offer

1. we will lease the unit back for a period of 3 years after closing.

2. we will cover all utilities,water,power andcable tv.(initial deposit to turn utilities on will be paid by
owner as at end of leaseback it will be owners deposit)FOR THE FIRST 36 MONTHS.

3. We will pay all hoa (home owner association) fees.

4. the leaseback amount for a 2 bed unit is $25k per annum and the leaseback amount for the 3
bed unit is $27kper annum;

This should cover the mortgage payment,(for the first 36 months) once the buyer puts down a
minimum of a 25% deposit, and up to a maximum interest rate of 8%.
